SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders will be processed within 72 business hours from the time the order is submitted for orders that contain items that are all in stock and available for immediate shipment.

 

For orders that contain items that are not in stock yet (pre-sell items) or are on backorder (re-stocking), you will be prompted to choose if you would like the entire order shipped at one time once all items are available, or if you would like to ship the items as they become available (split-shipment). For split-shipment orders, there will be a maximum of two shipments for that order.

For orders that contain both in stock and pre-sell and/or re-stocking items, you will be prompted to choose if you would like the entire order shipped at one time once all items are available, or if you would like to ship the items that are in stock now and then ship the other items when they become available (split-shipment). For split-shipment orders, in stock items will be shipped within 72 business hours from time the order is submitted and there will be a maximum of two shipments for that order.

REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED.  Please note some items will not ship for several months (pre-sell items and/or re-stocking items).

Orders shipped within the continental United States (includes Alaska and Hawaii):

Shipping & Handling charges will be added at the time of order.  Rates will be determined based on the method of shipment chosen for the order and estimated rates will be provided.

Orders shipped to Canada:

USPS Mail (Canada)

Shipping & Handling will be added at the time of order.  Please note, Duty & Tax fees are not included.

Orders shipped outside the continental United States:

Shipping & Handling charges will be automatically calculated, but are considered estimates and are subject to change due to fluctuating market conditions and will be based on actual rates at time of shipment.

Delivery Policy

Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount prior to crediting back to account for refused shipments.

All Shipping & Handling charges shown are estimates and are subject to change.  ATG has the right to adjust amounts due to fluctuating market conditions at time of shipment. Please contact us if you have specific shipping instructions.

Additional fees (i.e. duties, taxes, etc.) may apply to orders shipping outside of the continental United States.

Return & Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
